SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
The US, Canada and the EU. More locations soon. All prices are in USD.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are based on your destination and what's in your cart. You see it in your cart during checkout.

How long until my order ships?
Orders typically ship within 2 to 5 business days. After that, delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and weather are out of our hands.

How can I pay?
With USD, or with SUS and DOGE by using Sus Pay.

Is everything made to order?
Yes. Each item is printed after you order it. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email SusMerch@Sus.Dog as soon as you can. We may be able to change or cancel it before it ships. Once it's in transit, we can't modify it.

Can I fix a wrong shipping address?
Check your address at checkout. If it's wrong, email SusMerch@Sus.Dog as soon as possible.

PAYING WITH SUS PAY

How do I pay with SUS or DOGE?
When you're done shopping use Sus Pay in your cart. Check the box to also pay the shipping charges with crypto. Pick SUS or DOGE, send the exact amount shown to the address shown and keep the page open. When your payment is confirmed your cart is marked as paid. Then you can continue check out to enter your shipping details.

Is SUS cheaper than DOGE?
Yes. The SUS price for each item is lower than the USD price. DOGE pays the regular USD price. Shipping costs are the same either way. The exact amount is shown before you send anything.

What's SUS?
SUS is the Sus Dog token on Solana. Holders can use it to pay here at a lower price than DOGE or USD. CA: GpXv1GNGMzrKXCNnYFbZk5TaZXUdKJNu5cmtiUyBdoge

How long do I have to send the payment?
The price quote has a countdown: 15 minutes for SUS and DOGE. If it runs out, start a new one. Please don't send anything after a quote has expired.

How long until my payment counts?
Once the payment is seen on the network, the page shows the confirmations it's waiting for. Larger DOGE carts wait for more confirmations. Keep the page open.

What if I send the wrong amount or the wrong token?
Send exactly the amount shown, in one transaction, on the right network. A wrong token or amount may not be credited. If that happened, email SusMerch@Sus.Dog right away.

My payment seems stuck, or the amount looks wrong. What now?
Crypto transactions can take several minutes. Don't pay again. Email SusMerch@Sus.Dog with the transaction ID, the reference shown on the payment screen, and the amount and coin you sent. We'll sort it out by hand.

Can I get a refund on a crypto payment?
Crypto transactions are irreversible, and refunds for crypto purchases are at our discretion. If one is issued, it may be in the original coin or the USD equivalent, minus network or processing fees. Full terms are in our Legal notice.
