Cryptocurrency Payment Terms & Conditions Disclaimer
By electing to pay for goods or services using cryptocurrency, you (the "Customer") expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Volatility Risk: Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile. The exchange rate between cryptocurrency and fiat currency can change rapidly. You agree that the conversion rate applied at the exact time of checkout is final.
- Irreversibility of Transactions: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once you send funds to a wallet address, they cannot be cancelled, recalled, or reversed by us. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the destination wallet address and the amount sent.
- Network Fees & Underpayments: You are responsible for all blockchain network transaction fees (e.g., gas fees). If an underpayment occurs due to network fees or incorrect manual typing, the order will not be processed until the full balance is settled.
- Refund Policy: Any refunds for purchases made with cryptocurrency will be issued solely at our discretion. Refunds may be issued in the original cryptocurrency or the fiat equivalent of the purchase price at the time of the transaction, minus any network or transaction processing fees.
- No Liability for Network Errors: We are not responsible or liable for any network delays, failed transactions, forks, smart contract failures, or technical glitches on the underlying blockchain network.
- Tax Obligations: You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes (such as capital gains or sales tax) that apply to your cryptocurrency transaction under your local jurisdiction.
